- For the whole itinerary, one open jaw are allowed respectively at origin or destination on outbound direction and inbound direction. Open jaw should be in the same country or continent described in the Award chart.
- Request Time for Award Ticket
- JAL Domestic Flight:Request will be accepted from two months prior to travel date through 4 days prior to travel date.
- JAL International Flight:Request will not be accepted within 3 days prior to the travel date.
- Validity for Award Ticket
- JAL Domestic Flight:90 days from the date of issuing.
- JAL International Flight:1 year from the date of issuing.
Only changes to flight date/time during validity of award tickets are permitted.
Such change must be completed by original flight date or 4 days prior to the new date of travel, whichever is earlier. And make sure revalidation stick should be posted on the ticket by China Eastern ticketing office.
