1.To enroll online: to fill in forms on the website of Eastern Miles and make an application online;
2.To enroll at a designated service network: to completely fill in forms at a designated service network of Eastern Miles and make an application;
3.To enroll by telephone: to call hotline of China Eastern Airlines service hotline 021-95808 and make an application;
4.To enroll through mailing: to mail the application form to Eastern Miles.

We exclude free ticket, special preferential ticket of Class Z, and restricted flights by Eastern Miles from the accumulation range. Please provide your member card initiatively when purchasing ticket, confirming ticket and checking in so as to earn points timely.
When taking eligible flight of Eastern Airlines, you are arranged to the flight of other airlines due to reasons of China Eastern Airlines, please ask the local DCS department for certificate and send it to Eastern Miles (Shanghai Post Box 001-08, Postal Code: 200001) together with the original boarding pass and the photocopy of ticket, and we will credit these mileages in your account via retro claim.
To guarantee your benefits, we recommend you to mail by registered letter.
Please reserve your original flight ticket until your mileages have been credited correctly.

Membership Tier
 You can also earn Elite Points, which may affect your rank of membership, while taking the eligible flights of China Eastern Airlines There are three tiers of Eastern Miles membership cards, namely Golden Card, Silver Card and Standard Card. Only the points earned by taking flights of China Eastern Airlines can be accumulated as Elite Points, and the points earned from the consumption at Eastern Miles partners and the points purchased online will not be counted into Elite Points.
