1.To enroll online: to fill in forms on the website of Eastern Miles and make an application online;
2.To enroll at a designated service network: to completely fill in forms at a designated service network of Eastern Miles and make an application;
3.To enroll by telephone: to call hotline of China Eastern Airlines service hotline 021-95808 and make an application;
4.To enroll through mailing: to mail the application form to Eastern Miles.
