- For members who have set up Redemption Password and online redemption function, please log on www.easternmiles.com to inquire about points in Eastern Miles account, and log on www.easternmiles.com or www.ceair.com to finish redeeming award tickets operated by CEA and tickets issuing.
- Members also can dial +86-21-95530 to inquire about points in Eastern Miles account to finish application on redeeming award tickets or upgrade awards, and handle tickets issuing at all network services.
- CEA have a large range of network services at domestic China and key cities abroad to handle points redemption and other member services. Network services in Shanghai are as follows:
