From January 1st, 2008 to March 31st, 2008, an Elegant case will be yours as long as you apply for and get the China Eastern Long Credit Card and swipe the card for 3 spendings, each not less than RMB688 (or equivalent in other currencies). (There are 18,000 cases reserved for the awarding. First come, first awarded!)

Note:

1. This activity is exclusive to those applying for and receiving the China Eastern Long Credit Card before March 31st, 2008 (The date of successful submission of the application shall be counted).
2. The target clients shall have China Eastern Long Credit Card swiped for up to 3 spendings, each not less than RMB688 (or equivalent in other currencies). The first 18,000 eligible clients can obtain an Elegant case. First come, first awarded.
3. The spendings from master and subordinate cards can be combined and the award is granted to the master card holder only. The product image here is for illustration purposes only, and the cases of various colors are distributed at random. The award will be mailed to the client's statement address at the end of the next month after the client meets the awarding requirements
4. This activity is designed for the spending home and abroad by use of China Eastern Long Credit Card (not including cashing or transactions not eligible for point accumulation). Transactions in US$ will be converted to RMB. Each qualifying spending is not less than RMB688, i.e., US$86.
5. The date of spending transaction is used for spending record. Should the information on cardholder's POS Sales slips not coincide with that in the system record of China Construction Bank, the latter shall prevail.
6. Any transaction that is cancElegantd or has money refunded due to reasons on part of cardholder shall not be counted. If such transaction is calculated and the cardholder has received the gift, China Construction Bank shall have the right to request the cardholder to return the gift.
7. Cardholder will be excluded from this activity if he/she has outstanding payment, violates China Construction Bank's Rules on Long Credit Card or his/her card is frozen.
8. China Construction Band reserves the right to cancel this activity or modify the activity rules (including but not limited to eligibility, spending period and awarding means, etc.), which will become valid after being published through bank's website, statement, SMS, newspaper, bank branches or other means.

The following transactions are not eligible for point accumulation:
Annual fee of Long Credit Card; interest of recycling credit; cash in advance; service charge and interest of cash in advance; fees incurred by outstanding payment (e.g., penalty, interest); other fees and repayment through Long Credit Card as provided in Agreement on Receiving & Using China Construction Bank Long Credit Card; fees and charges paid through automatic deduction; spending on real estate, automobile, wholesale and at hospital, schools, charities, social services and other non-profit organizations; financial & governmental-related payment (such as insurance, investment, tax payment and penalty payment); other transactions excluded from point accumulation as stipulated by China Construction Bank.
