- All scheduled JL flights operated by Japan Airlines
- Code share JL flights operated by China Eastern Airlines
Not including charter flights and code share flights operated by other airlines (other than China Eastern Airlines).

3、Documents for Missing Points Credit
1)For JAL domestic flights ticketed in Japan, use the original boarding pass including your name as it appears on your Eastern Miles account and your membership card number for request for the missing points, because ticket and boarding pass are printed on the same paper for this kind of flight, and at boarding gate such ticket will be collected by JAL, meantime passengers can only keep boarding pass.
2) For flights excluding above 1), send in copy of ticket and original of boarding pass.

1、Eastern Miles members can use accrued points to redeem award tickets on the flights of following JAL carriers, except code-shared flights operated by any other airlines or JAL’s charter flights.

※ First class is not available on Japanese domestic route, route between Vancouver and Mexico City, and route between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
3、 Conditions for Using Awards
- Only round trip award ticket is available.
- For the whole itinerary, one open jaw are allowed respectively at origin or destination on outbound direction and inbound direction. Open jaw should be in the same country or continent described in the Award chart.
- Request Time for Award Ticket
- JAL Domestic Flight：Request will be accepted from two months prior to travel date through 4 days prior to travel date.
- JAL International Flight：Request will not be accepted within 3 days prior to the travel date.
- Validity for Award Ticket
- JAL Domestic Flight：90 days from the date of issuing.
- JAL International Flight：1 year from the date of issuing.
Only changes to flight date/time during validity of award tickets are permitted.
Such change must be completed by original flight date or 4 days prior to the new date of travel, whichever is earlier. And make sure revalidation stick should be posted on the ticket by China Eastern ticketing office.
On the following listed Blackout Dates for the relevant routes, award ticket is not available.
