3. Conditions for Using Awards

•  Itinerary
  -Both one way or round trip award tickets are available.
  - For the whole itinerary, open jaw containing ground transport is allowed within the same country or district described in the Award chart, including origin open jaw, turnaround open jaw and double open jaw.

• Request Time for Award Ticket  
  Ticket issuing must be completed 3 days prior to actual travel date.

• Validity for Award Ticket
  1 year from the date of travel; if not fully used,1 year from the date of ticket issuing.

• Changes to Award Ticket
  Only changes to flight date/time during validity of award tickets are permitted.
  Such change must be completed by original flight date or 3 days prior to the new date of travel, whichever is earlier.

• Blackout  Date
  No blackout date.
