Eastern Miles members can earn 800 Eastern Miles points per stay on non-discounted rates and corporate rates, 400 Eastern Miles points per stay on local package rates at any participating Shangri-La hotel, resort, Kerry or Traders hotel.

Eastern Miles members who are also Golden Circle members may choose to earn either Eastern Miles points for each eligible stay or earn Golden Circle Award Points (GC Award Points)*.

Golden Circle members can also convert their Golden Circle Award Points (GC Award Points) to Eastern Miles points at a ratio of 1 to 1.6 points. Minimum transfer shall be 2,500 GC Award Points per single transaction.

*Golden Circle Elite members (now renamed as Diamond members) will earn 50% bonus GC Award Points and Executive members (now renamed as Jade members) will earn 25% bonus GC Award Points on all qualifying spending. Extra tier bonus points is replaced by bonus GC Award Points, i.e. 400 bonus points and 200 bonus points previously given to Elite and Executive members respectively will no longer be awarded.

• Please provide your Eastern Miles membership card number when reserving a room, and show your Eastern Miles membership card when checking in.
• If two or more members stay at the same room at the same time, points will be only credited into the account of one member.
• A hotel stay is defined as any number of consecutive nights at one hotel, regardless of the number of rooms booked during the stay and regardless of the number of occasions the member checks in during the stay.
• The eligible points will be credited into your Eastern Miles account within two months.
