Dynasty Restaurant
Dynasty Restaurant is a famous orthodox Cantonese restaurant
adept in serving traditional abalone, shark¡¯s fin and bird¡¯s
nest, as well as other recommended dishes with unexpected
taste. Its signature dishes include chicken with coconut,
braised abalone and shark¡¯s fin with soy sauce, pan-fried
king prawns with special soup, etc. Moreover, 40 kinds of
constantly innovative dainty snacks are also your necessary
choice, including fish dumpling, rabbit dumpling and mango
pudding.
The crimson wooden folding door of the restaurant studded
with glass gives an impression of steadiness, liveliness and
transparency. Within the door, there is a small delicate hall,
and Luck God, Wealth God, Longevity God are offered on the
glass and marble stands of the left side, blessing each coming
guest.
Inside the front door of the middle hall, there is a bronze
kylin, giving a sense of dignity and nobility. The main hall
is a triangle, divided by unique marble screen, seating up
to 100 guests. The middle glass and the screen of bronze decoration
reveal a caky flow, dividing the hall into two regions of
upper and lower regions, gentle and bright yellow lighting
gives people a sense of warm and cozy feeling. On the right
side lays a Chinese zither quietly, as if waiting for its
owner to gently play melodious and wonderful melodies one
after another at night. At the extended place of the left
and right sides of corridor set 7 small private rooms, where
the old-time teacup, wooden basket, simple and elegant painting
and calligraphy are embedded in each wall, telling their own
fantastic stories.
